Job Description

Adideva College of Education, approved by Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh, invites applications for the position of Sports Teacher. The institution is seeking an energetic, dedicated, and qualified professional who can promote sports activities, physical education, and overall student development through effective training and sports programs.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of sports training, physical fitness activities, sports management, and student coaching.
• Candidates having experience in organizing sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities will be preferred.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct sports and physical education activities for students.
• Provide training and guidance to students in various sports disciplines.
• Organize sports events, competitions, and fitness programs.
• Develop students’ physical skills, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Maintain sports equipment, records, and activity schedules.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports facilities.
• Encourage students to participate in inter-college and university-level sports activities.
• Coordinate with college administration for sports-related programs and events.

3. Selection Process

Selection will be based on academic qualifications, sports knowledge, relevant experience, coaching skills, and performance in the interview conducted by the institution.
