Job Description 

Adideva College of Education, approved by Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh, invites applications for the post of Principal. The institution is looking for a dynamic academic leader with strong administrative abilities, a commitment to academic excellence, and the vision to lead the institution towards continuous growth and quality enhancement.

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualifications and fulfill all eligibility requirements as per the applicable norms of Bundelkhand University, UGC, Government of Uttar Pradesh, NCTE, and other statutory authorities.
• The applicant should have the required academic and administrative competence to lead a Teacher Education Institution.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
• Ensure compliance with the regulations of Bundelkhand University, UGC, NCTE, and Government of Uttar Pradesh.
• Promote excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and student development.
• Oversee faculty development, institutional planning, accreditation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen industry, community, and academic collaborations for institutional growth.

3. Selection Process

Selection will be conducted by the duly constituted Selection Committee in accordance with the applicable regulations, university statutes, and Government of Uttar Pradesh norms. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.
