Adideva College of Education, approved by Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor for its undergraduate programs in B.A. and B.Com. 1. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks as per UGC, Bundelkhand University, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Candidates having UGC-NET/Ph.D. qualifications will be preferred as per applicable norms.
• Relevant teaching experience in the concerned subject will be an added advantage.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective lectures and maintain high academic standards.
• Prepare course plans, teaching materials, and academic schedules.
• Guide and mentor students for academic and professional development.
• Conduct assessments, examinations, and maintain student records.
• Participate in departmental activities, meetings, and academic planning.
• Support curriculum implementation as per university guidelines.
• Contribute to research, seminars, workshops, and institutional development activities.

3. Selection Process

Selection will be based on academic qualifications, relevant teaching experience, subject expertise, and performance in the interview conducted by the institution.
